Each design project is unique and has it own tasks so that is why we offer you a FREE PHONE CONSULTATION so we, as designers, can learn about your needs & your tasks before we give you a consulting fee. There is no need for you to pay for a whole room design, if you only want help with paint colors. Below are some sample design tasks & pricing: 

 

Paint Selection

 

$75 for one area $300 for whole house selection

Fee Includes:

• 8x10 Paint swatches sent to your house via snail mail
• On your Design Board, your photographs will have written notes on them to show exactly where to place the paint colors
• It will also have detailed info regarding which manufacture, color name, sheen, etc. which you can print up & give to the paint store or your painter so that it is clear on exactly what was selected. 

 

Countertop Selection

$75 consulting fee

*Based on one room (Kitchen, Master Bath, Guest Bath, Laundry Room, etc)

Fee Includes:

• Custom questionnaire teaching you about the different countertop choices and pricing
• Phone consultation to narrow down which option & pricing works best
• We will select the material from national manufactures (so you can see and purchase them in your town)
• Several countertop options will be selected & will be sent to you via snail mail
• Backsplash design & selection if needed
• On your Design Board, you will have Purchasing Information & suggestions on how you to complete this task 

 

Cabinetry Layout & Selection

$150 for consulting fee

*Based on one room (Master Bath, Guest Bath, Laundry, etc)

*Kitchen usually takes more time

Fee Includes:

• Custom questionnaire teaching you about the different types of wood species, pros & cons, teaching you about the options of cabinet styles, drawer choices, finishes, etc. 
• Phone consultation with you narrowing down the options & giving you advice on which works best for your home 
• On your Design Board, we give you several cabinet layout options with 3D renderings so you can visualize how it will look in your space. 
• We will also let you know where to see samples & purchase the actual cabinetry near your town. 

 

Selection of Plumbing Fixtures (Sinks, Faucets, Shower & Toilet)

$75 consulting fee

*Based on selecting plumbing fixtures for one room (Kitchen, Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Bar, Etc.)

Fee Includes:

• Custom questionnaire showing you all the types, choices & pricing
• Phone consultation to help you narrow down the options & to select only fixtures that are in your budget
• Selection of plumbing fixtures from national manufactures (each choice will have several options)
• On your Design Board, selections will be available to view with purchase links & pricing information

 

Selection of Flooring

$75 consulting fee

*Based on one flooring material selection (carpet, tile, wood, etc)

Fee Includes:

• Custom questionnaire showing you all the different types of flooring materials, pros & cons, pricing, etc.
• Phone consultation with you to learn what you like & don’t like & help you narrow down the options
• Selection of flooring for your home (use all national manufactures so it is available to you in your home town)
• Actual samples will be sent to you via snail mail
• Your Design Board, will have photographs of the items & photographic renderings of the material in your room
